At The Parenting Store, we provide parents with a variety of classes designed to help you understand, support, and guide your children through each stage of their growth. Our group classes offer expert insights, actionable strategies, and community support – all designed to empower you on your parenting journey.
Group Classes – Supporting You at Every Stage
All of our Group Classes meet four times a month. Each class session runs 90-minutes and are available both in-person and virtually. Totaling six hours of guided learning and support, these classes cover essential child development milestones, common challenges, effective parenting tools, and techniques to deepen your relationship with your child. Total Class Cost $200.
Upcoming Classes:
Bringing Home Baby
Focus: Birth to 6 months
This class is tailored to help new parents prepare for the first six months of their child’s life. We cover developmental milestones and essential care tips, focusing on the “3 S’s” – Sleep, Sleep, & Less Sleep – plus tummy-time play to help you and your little one thrive.
Terrific Toddlers
Focus: Ages 1-3
Learn about the joys and challenges of toddlerhood, including strategies for managing big emotions, handling challenging behaviors, and encouraging free play. This class is designed to help you better understand and support your child’s development during these early years.
It’s Elementary, Dear Watson
Focus: Ages 5-10
Explore common challenges faced by elementary-aged children. We’ll discuss how to help your child build healthy friendships, establish trusted relationships, and create successful school routines that make the most of their learning and social experiences.
Pre-Teens: A New Frontier
Focus: Ages 10-14
As children approach adolescence, they encounter new social and personal dynamics. This class addresses the needs of pre-teens, including how to manage rapid emotional changes, navigate technology, and establish safe and healthy boundaries.
Riding into Young Adulthood
Focus: Ages 14-18
Supporting a teenager is all about balance. In this class, we’ll look at how to foster their growing independence while maintaining a close connection, preparing both you and your teen for the transition into young adulthood.

Parent Coaching Options
One-on-One Coaching
Looking for a more personalized approach? The Parenting Store offers individualized coaching sessions tailored to your unique family dynamics, strengths, and challenges. Each personalized coaching session is one hour long at $100. You can book these packages in 3 sessions, 6 sessions, or on a monthly basis to provide flexible support when you need it. During each hour of virtual session, we focus on strategies that align with your family’s goals and work through specific parenting challenges. If you’re interested in learning more or scheduling your first session, please reach out to me directly/Rate is $100 per hour.
Special Education Consulting
Special Education Meeting Support
Does your child have either Individualized Family Service Plan (IFSP), Individualized Education Plan (IEP) or 504? I offer participation in meeting to ensure proper advocacy and individualized needs are being addressed correctly to support your child’s developmental and educational needs. If you would like to have me attend an upcoming Special Educational Meeting, please contact us for more information. Cost is $100 per hour.
Developmental Check-In
Are you concerned about your child’s development or behavior? With expertise as an Early Childhood Educator, I offer a two-hour virtual Developmental Check-In to discuss your child’s progress and address any concerns. We’ll assess whether your child’s development aligns with age expectations or if additional support might be beneficial. If needed, I can also guide you toward appropriate resources for further assistance. If you would like to schedule a Developmental Check-In, please contact us for more information. Cost is $250.
Public Speaking Events
For schools, companies, and community organizations looking to support families, we offer tailored workshops and empowering talks. These events are designed to provide caregivers with valuable insights, practical strategies, and inspiration. We’ll work with you to design a program that resonates with your audience and addresses their specific parenting concerns.
